8.1 Request for Decision: Proposed Bylaw 467 – Smoke Free Public Places
Administrative Recommendation:
That Council:
1. Give second and third readings to Bylaw 467, Smoke Free Public Places, to take effect January 16, 2023;
and 2. Approve an associated launch promotion and advertising budget of up to $2,400 for the design and production of signage, and communication needs, to be funded through the Budget Stabilization Reserve.
