That Council direct Administration to return to a future meeting of Council, no later than 2023 Q, with a report addressing the feasibility of a free visitor parking pass for all Indigenous Peoples parking in the town of Banff.

a) introducing a resident parking pass;
b) implementing a lower Visitor Paid Parking rate; or
c) implementing a lower rate transit pass for all Bow Valley residents working in the town of Banff.
