Amend Capital Budget Item GG-99-22, Planning Development Office renovations, by increasing the approved amount of $15,000 by $30,0000 for a total of $45,000, to be funded through the General Capital Reserve, to complete office renovations in Town Hall to support existing permanent, full-time staff;
and 3. Approve the amended 2022-20231 Capital budget, as further amended by Motion COU22-362.

• By adding a new Subsection 4.3 as follows: 4.3 The Town Manager or designate shall coordinate Council’s consideration of other dates for half-masting the National Flag of Canada in unique circumstances.
• By adding a new point b) to Subsection 5.4, as follows, and renumbering the renumbering the remaining point accordingly: b) National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (September 30);
